Our director was raised drinking pearl tea every day at 4:00 o'clock PM. As a child she brought cucumber sandwiches and a thermos full of hot tea to school every day in her lunch box. She recognizes and appreciates this early introduction to the importance of manners and understands that these skills don't come naturally to everyone. In a warm and non threatening environment, clients are engaged by a personable and modern woman who connects well with all ages.

She is a management professional with over ten years experience in special event and wedding planning, business management and the hospitality industry. A graduate of the University of Vermont and The American School of Protocol, she also holds certificates from Personal Best Corporate Etiquette and Central St. Martins College of Art and Design in London and was a licensed Realtor with Sotheby's.

Bizia is an active member of the Santa Fe community, donating and volunteering her services for the Taste of Santa Fe, the Center for Contemporary Art, fundraisers and special events. She also writes the Etiquette Rules! column for the Santa Fe New Mexican.
